This will allow you to provide your customers with a web interface for opening and creating RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) cases for returns, exchanges, or technical questions. RMAs can be downloaded directly to the MC2 and posted back in real-time to provide your customers with instant status. This feature will be available in the coming weeks.
